All events such as awards dinners, children's parties or pageants, Sarah has emceed at all of them. She loves live work as it's exciting and because of interaction from the audience.
Sarah was introduced to motivational speaking after watching her friend in sport Chris Eubank speak with Chris suggesting that strong empowering women make great speakers and positive role models.
He said it would be a 'missed opportunity' to help others feel motivated and empowered. Sarah went on to work with City Speakers and now takes bookings through her website with her aim to give the audience a rollercoaster of a ride through an exhilarating lifestyle with many ups and downs.
Two Options - Option One - Powerful Self-Motivation
Sarah's story is a true motivational story, a girl from the Yorkshire Moors making her name in motorsport after a chance meeting with a Texan Billionaire, a racing crash which nearly cost her her life, and becoming the lead stunt performer in a James Bond movie and the rest they say is history.
Now she loves motivational speaking and speaking at Ladies luncheons helping inspire people to never give up and always push forward.
Her talk is emotional, yet amusing. It has made members of the audience cry as she talks through her families reaction and devastation when they got the news that their daughter may not survive, followed by interjections of comedy throughout which take you on a rollercoaster of a ride.
Option Two - Plastics in our Oceans
A keen marine conservationist, Sarah introduces herself the same way as her motivational speech but with a twist because of course her intoduction to being underwater was without air after a racing crash which put her on a life-support machine.
After recovery she was keen to get back underwater but with the addition of breathing apparatus and it is here her passion for the underwater world began and her discovery to just how much plastic is in our ocean, the damage it does to our marine world and what we can do to help. It is a powerful delivery with an even more powerful message.
