A HSE Media Diver and PADI Rescue Diver, Sarah has been diving for over 20 years and whenever she can volunteers abroad on the reefs and tropical waters helping maintain our eco systems whether it's collecting water samples, keeping invasive species at bay, cleaning the ocean and surrounding beaches or simply learning about all things oceanic.
For those that want to get involved in conservation, there are many volunteer programmes to choose from across the globe which will keep you busy and which will help our eco system.
Giving our time for free to help the ocean is important, to support the marine biologists with their work which in turn benefit our planet. Who wouldn't want to be involved.
